We invite you to access your medical records online. You must use the unique invitation link sent to your email from our office to create an account. If you already have an account visit www.myhealthrecord.com. If you have not received an invitation, give our office a call at 334-699-2229 or email us at reception@aventawoman.com to request we send an invitation.
