Appointment Cancellation / No Show Policy
Thank you for trusting your medical care to Aventa Specialized Women’s Care. When you schedule an appointment with our providers, we set aside enough time to provide you with the highest quality care. Should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment please contact our office as soon as possible, and no later than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. This gives us time to schedule other patients who may be waiting for an appointment. Please see our Appointment Cancellation/No Show Policy below:
· Effective July 01/202021 any patient who fails to show or cancels an appointment and has not contacted our office with at least 24 HOURS NOTICE will be considered a No Show and charged a $25.00 fee per appointment type. (ex: office appointment with ultrasound appointment will be charged $50.00)
· If you cancel surgery with less than a 72-hour notice, or no-show your surgery, then you will be charged $100.00 fee.
· The fee is charged to the patient, not the insurance company, and is due prior to another visit being scheduled.
· We send out a text / email confirmation 3 days prior to your appointment, you can request the appointment to be cancelled or rescheduled at that time. You may also call the office to cancel or reschedule any appointments.
We understand there may be times when an unforeseen emergency may occur and you may not be able to keep your scheduled appointment; if you should experience extenuating circumstances, please call the office.
